The program “CREATING A “WOW” MOMENT” covered basics of journey to become an effective sale consultant and re-enforcement of some important concepts which we need to apply better. It helped in making the sales team realise their worth and importance of their work. The program was highly relevant to our work place & has been delivered well, meeting the expectations. The workshop approach connected to the learning process was quite new and appreciable. The program had structured approach and participating teams were very much involved. The members will now be looking at the larger picture rather than the individual deliverables. The delivery by Sheetal Jain was excellent and she had a good command of concepts and involved everybody.

It’s was an incredible session with you for the image developing and mostly boosting the confidence in me to carry the colours on me as previous I used to stick to whites and blacks only !! It’s was an amazing personal one to one session which helped a lot !! Sheetal , a lady with all the knowledge instincts , energetic and a gist to understand the client , makes her unique as she takes the client in comfort zone and than she starts her analysis to groom them !
